Ingredients

  • Tomatoes- 2
  • Paneer ( skimmed milk) – 50 Gm
  • Onion – 1 medium sized
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Green peas ( boiled) – 30 Gm
  • Green chillies – 1 ( chopped)
  • Garam masala – ½ Tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ Tsp
  • Fresh corriander leaves – 1 Tbsp ( chopped)
  • Sunflower oil – 10 Ml

Method

  • Slice the tops off the tomatoes.
  • Scoop out the pulp and reserve to use in the filling.
  • Keep aside the tomato shells putting a little salt inside. Keep the tops as well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions and garlic and fry till golden.
  • Add green peas, chillies and tomato pulp, salt and garam masala.
  • Stir and cook over low heat for about 5 mins until properly blended.
  • Divide the filling and fill both tomatoes. Replace the tops and secure with toothpick.
  • Grill in oven for 10 mins at low heat.
  • Serve hot.
