Ingredients
- Mushrooms ( button) – 100 Gms
- onion – 1 medium ( chopped)
- Dried basil( optional) – to taste
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- chicken stock – 1 Cup
- salt and pepper – To taste
- olive oil – 1 Tbsp
Method
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalk.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook till soft.
- Add the dried basil and then the chicken stock.
- Add the mushrooms and cook till mushrooms are soft.
- Cook till the water dries out.
- Serve on toast with a little bit of cheese( optional)
