Ingredients

  • Mushrooms ( button) – 100 Gms
  • onion – 1 medium ( chopped)
  • Dried basil( optional) – to taste
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • chicken stock – 1 Cup
  • salt and pepper – To taste
  • olive oil – 1 Tbsp

Method

  • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalk.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and onion and cook till soft.
  • Add the dried basil and then the chicken stock.
  • Add the mushrooms and cook till mushrooms are soft.
  • Cook till the water dries out.
  • Serve on toast with a little bit of cheese( optional)
